Duties include Dealing directly with prospects and tenants, saving you time and worry over marketing your rentals, collecting rent, handling maintenance and repair issues, responding to tenant complaints, and even pursuing evictions.
Necessary skills:
This position requires strong communication, negotiation, customer service, outgoing, have good organizational skills, as well as be proactive and involved, current and knowledgeable.
He or she should also be level headed and resourceful, personable and articulate.
Proficient in computer programs, including Microsoft Office Experience Preferred.
Some maintenance skills are helpful.
