Summary:
The Sales Associate is responsible for providing customers with the highest level of service and attention while assisting them in finding the best products for their needs.
This position will also assist in other sales-related tasks, such as inventory management, returns, and customer sales.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has a positive attitude, and is able to maintain a high level of customer service.
Essential Duties:
Greet customers as they enter the store and provide friendly customer service.
Finds customers what products they are looking for based on their needs and can assist them with ordering or picking up.
Knows product features and can explain product benefits to customers.
Maintains clean shelves and inventory of merchandise in assigned areas.
Keeps area neat and organized.
Maintains professional customer service attitude by responding to all customer concerns in a timely manner.
Communicates with other departments to ensure that customers are being served efficiently.
Maintains clean shelves and inventory of merchandise in assigned areas.
Performs inventory control tasks such as checking stock levels, counting packages, opening boxes, etc.
Follows all safety procedures and guidelines at all times.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
, stand for long periods of time, walk for extended periods of time, and be able to communicate effectively with customers and other employees.
