$40,000-$55,000/year Legal Secretary / Legal Assistant Includes a variety of responsibilities and opportunities for growth Critical to a local 5-attorney office of larger 29-attorney law firm Legal Secretary / Legal Assistant Requirements:
3 - 5 years of experience in litigation support or state/county/municipal administrative proceedings Must be well-organized, self-motivated, attentive to detail, able to work collaboratively but with minimal supervision, and able to prioritize and follow through on long-term and short-term projects Must be proficient in the use of MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint Legal Secretary / Legal Assistant preferred qualifications include:
Experience with legal document management systems Experience with e-filing in federal and state courts Experience with state administrative filings or AAA arbitration proceedings Ability to provide basic end-user tech support #HP123 Job Type:
