The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the hospitality industry as well as exceptional customer care and communication skills.
Pay for this position is $16-$24/hour, depending on experience, with a working schedule of Tuesday through Saturday, 8am - 6:
00pm.
Position
Responsibilities:
Serve as the concierge and first point of contact for the office.
Ensure excellent customer service and timeliness of appointments for all patients Answer phones, emails and text messages and respond to messages in a prompt manner Check patients in and out, collecting appropriate payment information and patient information as needed Assist the doctor chairside.
Set up and break down patient operatories.
Handle scheduling of patients and any alterations to schedule (rescheduling) Manage the new patient experience - checking patients in, providing an office tour, introduce patient to doctor and assistants and ensure all new patient information is added into the computer system Process claims and payments Discuss treatment pans and financial arrangements with clients in a friendly and professional manner Serve as the point person for office manager duties including:
maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills, errands, shopping Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of office Requirements:
High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred Previous dental experience preferred, but not required Passion for learning and professional development.
Self-starter mentality Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work Attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment Job Type:
