By working with the Club Managers, the Regional Manager will develop the Club Managers into leaders.
Regional Managers are an extension of the Owner and (may) take ownership in all aspects of the clubs they oversee.
Responsibilities:
Development, training, mentorship, and leadership of the Club Managers Oversight of the entire group of clubs, including personal training, membership, sales, and operationsManagement, training and ongoing motivation of club personnel while tracking towards overall Club goalsWorking closely with ownership to streamline processes to drive overall club profitabilityAll other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Needs to be able to work required hours as listed:
Monday/Wednesday - 11a-7pTuesday/Thursday - 10a-7pFriday - 7a-12pStrong communication skills.
Must be coachable.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Passionate about health and fitness.
Must be personable.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
