Job Description:
In this role, you will be working as a medical assistant and receptionist for our rapidly growing company.
MUST be able to work the following days with no exceptions:
Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays 8:
30 am - 5 pm.
You will be working closely with a very small team of medical staff.

Greet patients with a positive attitude Check patients in and out, which will include taking payments, getting personal and insurance information and ensuring all the required information is collected Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls Ensuring office policies are followed Filing, faxing and receiving faxes Rooming patients, which will include patient history and vitals.
Assisting provider as needed with patients Taking x-rays as needed Making sure patient charts are up to date with EMG, CT, MRI and Lab orders Requirements:
Proficient with computers and EMR systems Ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize and work well under pressure Team oriented and able to interact with patients as well as co-workers Willingness to take on new tasks and assignments when appropriate' 'Work Remotely No Job Type:

8 hour shift COVID-19 considerations:
All patients are screened for COVID symptoms and are required to wear a mask in the office Application Question(s):
