This individual will also support the daily functions of the Mitigation and Construction Teams by ensuring field team and project managers have necessary tools and information to perform their duties including assisting in accurate reporting of job progress and costing.
Duties and responsibilities Call intake; Answer incoming calls from clients.
Retrieve required information about the property, loss type, and insurance.
Communicate information to production team.
Collect all required information and set up new job in DASH.
Complete contract with required information and deliver to clients.
Follow up on questions from clients and identify need for additional contracts, supplements, or change orders.
Assist project managers with scheduling of walk thrus, estimates, client meetings, and production workload.
Update and communicate on-call schedule to all employees.
Communicate with insurance company, mortgage company, and client to ensure McCardel Restoration is secured on all payments.
Participate in weekly and monthly meetings on progress of jobs, take ownership of weekly in-progress job update calls to customers.
After completion of work send to retrieve completed Certificate of Satisfaction Form.
Assist Administrative Manager and Accountant with A/R Learn, update and trouble shoot all software used by office and production employees.
Escalate any technology issues to IT contractor Clerical duties; answer phones, scan, file paperwork, greet guests.
Complete various office tasks as determined by Accountant, Controller, and senior managers.
Qualifications 2
years in office environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite Participation in our On-Call Program (Rotation) Consistent attendance and punctuality Have reliable transportation Valid in-state driver's license with clean driving record Technology savvy (IPhone, IPad, Office Suite Applications) required Can work well both in teams and independently Clearly demonstrate effective communication skills both verbal and written Possess strong customer service skills and handle challenging situations in a professional manner Have a strong attention to detail and a positive attitude Demonstrate the ability to complete work orders and meet deadlines Working conditions This position will require mainly working in an office setting with occasional visits to jobsites with PM.
Employee will be required to sit for extended periods of time in front of a computer.
Typical work week is eight (8) to ten (10) hour workdays, five (5) days per week.
Physical requirements Physical activity that requires full range of body movements including the use of hands, feet and fingers to handle or feel objects and use equipment.
Physical activity that often requires bending, stooping, reaching, climbing, kneeling and/or twisting.
Physical activity that requires pushing and/or pulling over 30 lbs.
Must be able to sit for an extended period and work on a computer.
Must have command of all five senses sight, hearing, touch, smell and taste.
Specific vision abilities required include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust and focus.
Must hear and speak well enough to conduct business over the telephone or face to face for long periods of time.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
