JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Cleans and maintains all hotel public areas, including restrooms, hallways, and stairwells to meet quality standards Cleans bathrooms, dusts furniture and pictures, and vacuums, sweeps, and mops floors Empties carts of soiled linen and disposes trash Maintains lobby, elevators, stairways, hallways, and Front Desk area to assure they are clean, neat and free of all rubbish and debris Cleans and maintains public restrooms in a neat and orderly fashion to provide fresh and attractive facilities for guests Restrooms must be inspected once per hour to assure they remain neat and clean Removes spots, insects and debris, polishes fixtures and cleans ashtrays Delivers items to rooms upon request and assists in cleaning guest rooms as needed Greets guests in a warm and authentic fashion Other duties as assigned EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High School Diploma/GED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Ability to communicate effectively verbally Team player Ability to exceed expectations of guests Customer service focused About Graduate Hotels Graduate Hotels is a hand-crafted collection of hotels that reside in dynamic university-anchored towns across the country.
