We are looking for people with outstanding customer service skills, who are able to effectively communicate with previous donors to secure donations to fund their mission. Successful candidates must be 18 years of age or older (17 years of age with work permit), willing to submit to a background check and be available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week (16 hours for students), including a four hour shift on Saturdays. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
