Provides support to the Call Center Supervisor. -Assists Client Service Representatives in responding to calls, provides responses to questions, and refer callers or their concerns to the appropriate department. -Handles complex calls, as escalated from Client Service Representatives. -Oversees processing of forms, review forms, and data entry. -Provides limited supervisory guidance to Client Service Representatives in the absence of the Call Center Supervisor. -Monitors the performance of assigned staff. Provides feedback and education to staff to improve performance. -Maintains updated knowledge of the project programs, including their affiliated health and dental plans. -Informs supervisor of issues and suggest corrective actions with resolution. -Performs other duties as may be assigned by management.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
