Will serve as Business Analyst and is responsible for providing project management and business process management support for the Service management office activities, including program/project management support for the IT Service Management (ITSM) initiative: develops project plan for the service management implementation projects, maintains schedule, budget, scope and quality of project deliverables, and establishes project metrics, reports and communication plans; supports process owners to evaluate, design, execute measure, monitor and control IT Service Management processes; will work to ensure that service management process outcomes are in harmony with the organization's strategic goals; work collaboratively together with the process owners, across all departments of the organization to help improve the service management processes; focus on the entire process from beginning to end, introducing automation and innovation into the process that will impact results, enhance profitability, and assist the organization to consistently meet its business objectives and goals; and optimize processes to create business value.
Minimum Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or related field; more than five years of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in process implementation, project management and/or program development and implementation; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Qualifications:
Three years of experience with Project Management and IT Service Management principles, processes, and methodologies; ITIL Certified; PMI PMBOK Certified; Six Sigma Certified; experience in implementing Service Management Tools; Microsoft Project and/or Microsoft Project Server experience is a plus; excellent leadership skills; experience and knowledge of ITIL service management process implementation; experience in using ITIL best practices for cross functional environments, including Infrastructure, Operations, and Applications; ability to act as a change agent; demonstrated ability to win the hearts and minds of employees affected by the change; excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to present and discuss functional and technical information in a way that establishes rapport; ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences, persuade and influence across the organization, and gain understanding; ability to establish and maintain strong relationships; ability to have a vision of the big picture; committed to a continual cycle of process improvement; knowledge and experience with the higher education landscape; demonstrated strong analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills; ability to collect, organize, and analyze data using tools such as data modeling and data flow diagrams; research skills to gather and analyze the necessary information to make recommendations; ability to work collaboratively in a team environment; ability to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines; ability to work with staff at all levels of the university.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
