Front Desk/ Administrative Support Team

Front Desk/Administrative Support Team is responsible for the first experience for clients of our wellness center both on the phone and in person; thus this position is a vital role in our practice. As the first line of communication with our clients via answering phones, questions or providing general information about our services we are looking for a positive, reliable, qualified team player with great communication skills.
Responsibilities and skills for this job include:
Working with Microsoft Office, Practice Management/Scheduling software, EMR Software, and insurances and some projects.
Ability to multitask, excellent customer service skills, quick study, strong organizational, computer, and interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
- Microsoft Office competent; Excel, Word a must.
- Prefer some experience with scheduling.
- Prefer Minimum two year commitment.
Hours:
TWO POSITIONS AVAILABLE:
Immediately / Part- time (Approximately 22 hrs) Evenings and WeekendsEvenings:4-10pm
Varying Weekend Shifts: Saturdays - 8am-3pm, 11:30am-5:30pm, Sundays - 8am-3pm, 1pm-6pm, 4pm-10pm
April / Part time (Approximately 20-26 hrs) Week Days 11am-8pm, Two Sunday Shifts per month:One 4pm-10pm and one 8am- 4pm
Starting Rate: $9

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
